Ever Wondered How I was Able To Set Up 3 Highly Profitable Businesses…In Less Than A Year At The Age of 24 Without Any Experience and Little Capital?
In fact, read on all the way till the bottom of this page - and I’m going to reveal to you exactly how I did it…
…with absolutely ZERO prior business experience
Now if you’re on this page, chances are you probably fall into one of the following three categories
If you fall into any of these categories, then you’re in the right place…
Because I’ve personally been in each and every single one of those categories, one after another - and I’m going to show how you can end all that frustration and misery right now
But first, let me introduce myself -
…with absolutely ZERO prior business experience
Now if you’re on this page, chances are you probably fall into one of the following three categories
- You’re probably frustrated with whatever you’re doing now, be it working or studying, and you’re wondering if there’s anything MORE than what you’re doing currently
- You’ve realised the harsh reality of the working world, and the type of effort and sacrifice required just to be able to scratch a living, let alone enjoy luxuries (you’re probably thinking - THIS is what the world is all about? I’ve worked so hard for THIS?)
- You could use an extra source of income - and it’s not through getting a second or third job, because that would just mean you getting more exhausted and trading time for money
If you fall into any of these categories, then you’re in the right place…
Because I’ve personally been in each and every single one of those categories, one after another - and I’m going to show how you can end all that frustration and misery right now
But first, let me introduce myself -
Who Am I?
Hey there,
My name is Vivian Chan, and I’m your average next-door 28 year old girl living in Jurong West with my family.
I was born in Bangkok, my mum's a Thai and my dad's a Chinese. I didn’t come from a well-to-do family…my dad was the only sole breadwinner of the family, working at a pharmaceutical company for most of his life while my mum is a housewife.
Still, my dad was able to provide for my family, put food on the table and the occasional luxuries and holiday that we could go on once a year.
But I never knew the true reality of his work - how he had to live from pay check to pay check every single month.
How hard he had to work to make the small measly salary that he earned last for 30 days until the next pay check.
The times that he himself had to tighten the budget and go hungry just so that the rest of his family can have a good meal.
Of course there are so much more hard work and tears behind his job... Like the unbearable politics and unreasonable requests beyond employment rights..
But as a young child, what do I know right?
I saw everything through the lens of a child…and so I was happy.

Until the axe finally fell - and my dad was retrenched when the economy went down
Everything went downwards from there (and this is something that I remember even though I was barely 10 years old when this happened).
It got so bad that during that period, we survived on just one bowl of rice with fried egg and chilli sauce every single day…because we couldn’t afford anything else. I still remember seeing how my mum's tears rolled down secretly when she was cooking. It was so heart-breaking for me to see, especially when I love her so much.
My mum couldn’t help out - she’s from Thailand and couldn’t speak much English, and so nobody would employ her (I still remember her filling up all these application forms just for it to disappear into thin air later on because we have never heard from any of the prospective employers).
The lack of work took a toll on my dad too, because he was the sole breadwinner for the family, and the amount of bills and loans he have to pay every month isn't helping at all.

And although I was young, I remembered the excruciating pain of it all
It wasn’t something that a young child should be experiencing… but it was enough for me to realise that I had to do something for my family.
I started working at the age of 14 - just so that I could try and support my family
And if you’d know this - when you’re young and you have hardly any qualifications, there’s only so much work and so much pay that you can get - $4/h tending a VCD and bubbletea shop for 12 hours straight
And so for many years, I worked as a Spongebob mascot and other mascots at many events, earning $20 per hour in exchange for walking around in the costume.

I remembered sweating like crazy in that suit, especially when I had to walk in the hot sun..
And sure, kids loved me, but they had no idea how much I was suffering under that heavy and hot suit!
I remembered thinking that I’m suffering just for the amusement of others - I perspired while pretending to be happy just so that they can prod me and take pictures with me.
I felt so dejected, so down and out…not to mention the fact that I’m working while all the rest of my friends are out partying and playing..
But what choice did I have right?
And even with working day in and day out while juggling full time school, I never made enough money.
It was barely enough for me and my expenses, let alone savings.

I swore to myself at that moment that I would do whatever it takes to achieve success…so that my parents and my family never had to go through something like this again.
So like most youngsters my age, while still working and supporting my family, I went through the typical education route.
You know - Secondary school, Polytechnic, and then to University (the kind of aspirations that your parents probably sowed into you since you were young).
I was taught to fit in with societal expectations of being “successful” (and even my parents did the same too, with my dad promising to take care of my education costs no matter what so that I could succeed at the end of the day).
And so “success”, in the eyes of my parents and society in general, was graduating with a Diploma in Early Childhood from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and then with a Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Edith Cowan University.

And so “success”, in the eyes of my parents and society in general, was graduating with a Diploma in Early Childhood from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and then with a Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Edith Cowan University.
But I was so very far away from what I thought I could be
Because I realised the true reality - the one that most students and youngsters don’t realise until they get thrown fully into the working world.
I graduated with a degree in Sports Science, and so the natural route from there would be to become a sports scientist in a hospital or private practise.
I’d start off with a salary of $2500, and then maybe after a couple of years and promotions I might go up to say $5,000/month - $6,000/month.
In which at this point, you might say “oh hey that’s quite good - it’s not too bad”
Right?
But here’s the part that most youngsters don’t realise (because all they see with round eyes is the salary being credited in to the bank account)
The cost of living in Singapore is sky high - and it’s not going to go down anytime in the history of anything
I realised that very early on because I had to pay my own bills - also when your family is in financial trouble, every single cent counts
And I can assure you that by the time you’re done paying off your expenses, you’re going to be left with peanuts.
Unless of course, you don’t mind skimping and saving on every single thing - no luxuries, no holidays, no partying, no eating out, no buying stuff that you like…
For me, that’s not the kind of life that I envisioned.
I wanted to live a life where I could be happy, where I could do something that I loved every single day, where I had no financial burden…but most importantly, one where I could support my parents and family and give back to them for what they’ve done for me all these years.
That Is When I Started My Entrepreneurship Journey...
That was the moment that I realised that if I were to go in the working world right now, I would forever be stuck.
Stuck with a 9-5 job, stuck with office politics, stuck with a monthly pay that I would have to carefully manage so that I won’t go hungry
Basically, stuck in a place where I had to wait for money from a higher up person
I saw how and what that did to my dad.
How he gave his life to his work and they still treated him like he was worthless and retrenched him.
That is NOT the kind of life that I want (and I think you’ll agree with me that you don’t want that either)

Everything started changing for me when I met my business mentor, Imran, a highly successful serial entrepreneur who founded 6 businesses from scratch
He was the one who taught me everything that it took to create a proper business from scratch.
Remember, I had ZERO business skill - and so going into business was something that was pretty scary for me
But Imran guided me and held my hand every single step all the way, and through his guidance I opened up my first business, Encore Muay Thai - a Muay Thai gym specifically for women who want to learn self defence, get some cardio done and get into shape.
I built the business from just 3 students to over 80 students in just a few months (in fact, we were so overwhelmed by the number of sign ups that we had to hire 3 additional Muay Thai instructors) - and we hit our 5 figure revenue mark in that time as well.

After that, I set up my second business again with the guidance of Imran - Instant Pain Relief Singapore, which is the first specialised pain relief centre for those who have been injured or are suffering from pain in their bodies.
Again, this business hit the 5 figure revenue mark within the first two months of being set up - which led me to open up my third business, an Entrepreneur Academy where people learn how to start their business and to increase their income 3x, 5x, or even 10x.
I set up all 3 of these businesses within just a year…and all of them became highly profitable, generating a steady stream of income for me month after month.
I even got featured in a couple of media outlets such as Today, Lianhe Zaobao, Stomp and Vulcan Post when word leaked out that I built these businesses from scratch!

And to top it all off, I even got to buy my dream car - a baby blue Volkswagen Beetle!
Not only that - I bought my Daddy a brand new car too!
I had the luxury of time and financial freedom to travel overseas once every other months...
I show you all these not to impress you, but to impress upon you that if me, a 26 year old Singaporean girl from Jurong West can do this, anyone can do it as well.
All you need is the correct mindset, the right systems and the right mentor to help you achieve all these.
Which brings me to my next question....

Which brings me to my next question....
How Would You Like Me To Mentor You, Step-By-Step, To Open Up Successful Businesses Like How I’ve Done?
Because here’s the thing - I would never have done ANY of these if it weren’t for my mentor teaching me and guiding me on what needs to be done.
If you’ve felt the same way as me before…
If you’ve ever thought of yourself as an entrepreneur, but you’re not sure where to get started…
Or maybe you’re sick and tired of just working mindlessly and endlessly with no end goal in mind…
Or perhaps you’d really just like to build another source of income for yourself, so that you can fire your boss or do whatever you really want…
Then I’d like to invite you to a Business Bento Masterclass with me in my office in the East with 8 other people.
Here’s what I’ll be helping you with:
And so much more that I’m going to be sharing with you in this masterclass.
This is the FIRST time that I’m doing a session like this - because I’m usually too busy running my business or meeting with my customers.
So I’m not sure if I’m ever going to conduct one of these business coaching sessions again.
PLUS…It’s only going to be for 8 people (my office can only take in so many chairs and people at the same time).
If you don’t want to miss out on this, click on the link below, get yourself registered and I’ll see you in my office soon.
Looking forward to seeing you!

See ya!

- Get started in the business world - even if you’ve never thought of yourself as a businessman or as an entrepreneur before (same as me, I’ve never thought of myself as an entrepreneur - but here I am today, earning high 5 figure every month.
- How to find great business ideas that can generate a lot of profit in the shortest possible period of time (most youngsters that I’ve met have the weirdest business ideas that are guaranteed to fail - I’m going to show you how to overcome that)
- How to start your first business with minimal, even zero capital (most people think that to start a business, they need to have tens of thousands of capital - I’m going to show you how I did it with almost ZERO $$$)
- How to grow, scale and optimise your business as we go along (for me, if the business does not generate at least 5 figures in revenue every single month, no point in doing it)
- Lastly, how you can live the life that you deserve - free from financial woes, boring 9-5 job and office politics - and how you can truly be happy doing what you really love
And so much more that I’m going to be sharing with you in this masterclass.
This is the FIRST time that I’m doing a session like this - because I’m usually too busy running my business or meeting with my customers.
